The winter weather warning was much ado about nothing. That's no negative reflection on our Meteorologists, who have a very tough job. If a front moves a few miles North or South, and the temperature changes a degree or two, it makes a huge difference. I think people often hear the forecast they want to hear, but if you listened closely to Matt Chambers, he was warning as early as yesterday morning that this snowfall might not pan out. Unless they're willing to forecast a blizzard - which means the indications are really strong - I usually don't expect much. That doesn't mean my kids weren't pretty darned disappointed when they woke up this morning.
