So I am actually sitting at home right now. It is 4:30 in the afternoon and I am supposed to be getting ready for my afternoon boot camp. I wish I could fast forward time by about three hours. I just want to watch the Cards play tonight in New York! I know this part of it. The big nerve racking moments of the first couple of innings during that Brewers game a couple of weeks ago, followed by the celebrations of the Cards taking the NLCS Division title again, then proving to the country that they were still strong by whipping up on the Padres. Now this. I like what comes with the anticipation..being excited and feeling united with just about everyone here in St. Louis knowing that everybody and their brother is watching that game with you. I just want them to go all the way..not just because I want the St Louis Cardinals to be the best in the nation but because I don't want this bonding time to end. It may sound cheesy but it's my truth.
Now, I'm off to boot camp. I will be watching with you in a few hours! Go Cards!
