Hello from Destin, Florida!
It is sunny and 80 degrees here. I just got back from a morning run on the beach and I am about to go for a bike ride with my mom. What a hard day. You would be surprised at how many Cardinal fans are down here. Or maybe not. I would be more surprised if I saw a bunch of Mets fans here in the south. By the way, I almost got a beer thrown on me for cheering on the Red Birds the other night. Some Mets fan being a sore loser threatened to throw a cold one on me if I didn't stop talking about the Cards. I got through the game without incident..
So how are the News Four Mornin' Boyz holding up without me? Have they been wearing red on game days?? Paul, I am talking about you.
I'll be back Sunday and hopefully St Louis be getting ready for game two of the World Series with Detroit and St Louis. Until then, I will be sporting my Cards hat in Destin except on Saturday during the Alabama/ Tennesse game. Roll Tide Roll! We can beat those nasty Vols, Bama!
