"Jay" Krupp likes to fancy himself a modeling photographer -- but lately he's been spending a lot of time on the other side of the camera.

Since Thursday, Krupp has been arrested -- and photographed for mug shots -- twice. Here's the city mugshot and here's the county mugshot.

Lester F. "Jay" Krupp, Jr. was picked up Thursday by St. Louis County Police on a number of counts, including domestic abuse, forcible rape and felonious restraint.

County police allege the 36 year-old Krupp assaulted his 24 year-old girlfriend at a Wildwood apartment complex.

In the city, Krupp faces four counts of forcible sodomy and one count each of sexual abuse, forcible rape, second degree assault and kidnapping.

In April, News 4 exposed Krupp's scheme to lure women with dreams of modeling contracts and cash.

Woman after woman told News 4 Krupp would ply them with alcohol -- coerce them into undressing -- and then he would make his move.

City police declined to comment on camera, but probable cause documents obtained by News 4 describe a similar scheme.

Court papers say Krupp posed as a French modeling agent and flew a woman to the Raddison Hotel in downtown St. Louis.

That's where he threatened to kill the young woman, placed handcuffs on the the woman, and repeatedly assaulted her.

Jay Krupp was ordered held without bond in St. Louis City. That's because he is also awaiting trial in Callaway County on similar charges involving another woman.

Police sources say at least 17 women have come forward claiming Krupp worked a similar scheme on them -- and police expect to hear from more.
