Lest we forget what Starbucks' public relations firm said about the disappearance of valencia syrup... let us recap.
"...the syrup is still available and is not going anywhere. We may be using a different distribution channel in St. Louis that we need to reinforce with our partners. We will be following up with them and educating them that Valencia is available."
...and...
"We are pleased to inform you that Valencia flavored syrup has not been discontinued. While it may not be available at all times at all Starbucks coffeehouses, it is still a syrup we offer."
Well, well, well... Me thinks the PR folk were being a tad disingenuous.

Starbucks Mocha Valencia is my favorite coffee drink too. Actually it is the only one that I like. I emailed Starbucks today and let them know how I felt about this. During my searching to see if the valencia was truly discontinued, I found your posts. If it is true, then maybe all the people who favor mocha valencia can start a petition? I will keep checking your site to see if you do get any updated information from Starbucks.
