'Twas the day before 'lections, and all through the land I cooked up a couple more stanzas of this awful verse, but I'll spare you the agony. Instead, here are a few sites with the latest polling data and predictions on how the country will look when the polls close tomorrow. electoral-vote.com -- My personal favorite site, since it's been around for a while and shows no discernable political bias. Just the numbers, ma'am... and lots of 'em. electionprojection.com -- Leans a little to the right, but it's another good analysis of the numbers, though not as complete as electoral-vote.com. slate.com -- Provides a healthy twinge of lefty-ness, but has very comprehensive coverage of all the congressional races PLUS the gubenetorial contests. Okay, I can't help myself. Here's another taste of my rancid election-eve verse. Now, Talent Now, Corker! Now, Burns and Santorum! On, Tester, McCaskill, Klobuchar and Ford! To the balloting box! To the capitol mall! Now get out there and vote tomorrow.
