We decided to give my almost 8-month-old son Jude his first taste of summer this weekend. We took him to Nana and Pop-Pop's (my parents) house to have his first encounter with the swimming pool. Jude loves splashing in the bathtub so I knew he would enjoy this too. The water was still too cold for him to get all the way in, so we just let him stand on the top step and splash around. He loved it! It made for some pretty cute pictures, too!
