I can't believe it's June already. It feels like we were just deep in the throes of winter! My how time flies.

There's a ton of great stuff to choose from this week. Have fun!

All week:

The Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis presents the Merry Wives Of Windsor. Free in Shakespeare Glen in Forest Park. Performances 8:00 nightly, except Tuesdays. Green Show entertainment begins at 6:30.

Tuesday June 2:

Twilight Tuesday at the Missouri History Museum, 6:30pm. Free outdoor concert at 6:30pm. Cavalcade of Jazz with special guest, national recording artist Kirk Whalum.

Tuesday- Sunday June 2-7:

Rent at the Fox Theatre. Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp, stars of the original Broadway production and film adaptation of RENT, reprise the roles they made famous in this exciting new tour. Tickets $24-$66.

Wednesday June 3:

Whitaker Music Festival at the Botanical Gardens. Free admission after 5pm, concert begins at 7:30pm at the Cohen Amphitheater.

International Dine Around Taste Of South Grand 5pm -10pm. Your choice of two appetizers, entrée, dessert, drink and a WILD card to choose another course besides entrée. $26 in advance and $28 the day of the event.

Thursday June 4:

Downtown Kirkwood Summer Concert Series from 6:30-9pm. Two Times True (jazz).

Young Friends of the Opera Theatre, La bohème. A $35 ticket includes a buffet dinner, wine, soft drinks, or beer, and a best-available ticket to the performance that evening.

Free outdoor movie. Jaws at the Old Post Office downtown.

Thu June 4- June 21:

Circus Flora. St. Louis' own legendary one-ring circus. Under the air-conditioned red and white big top, located in Grand Center. Tickets start at $8.

Friday June 5:

Art D Tour at 6:30pm. A night of art appreciation, featuring art museums and galleries of the St. Louis metro area.

Jungle Boogie at the zoo. Free concert, 5-8pm.

Twilight Under The Train Shed. Free outdoor movie at Union Station, starts at sunset. Escape From New York.

Friday & Saturday June 5-6:

St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival in Forest Park at the upper MUNY fields. Friday from 6-10pm and Saturday from 12-4pm and 6-10pm. $30 advance/$35 day of festival.

Saturday June 6:

Young Friends of the Opera Theatre, La bohème. A $35 ticket includes a buffet dinner, wine, soft drinks, or beer, and a best-available ticket to the performance that evening.

Hannah Games presents Radius 33 beginning at Tower Grove Park at 3:30pm. Hannah games has hidden 33 keys and a lockbox filled with $1000 within a 33 mile radius of downtown St. Louis. Teams race to solve riddles to locate and collect keys in hopes of opening the lockbox.

Abstrakt Art Gallery Grand Opening from 8-11pm. Free drinks and entertainment. 1902 Arsenal. Proceeds benefit National MS Society.

Alive Magazine Hot List Party. 9pm at the Pepper Lounge. $10 advance/$15 door.

Celebaroo Gala benefitting the American Cancer Society. 6-11pm at Neo on Locust.

Sunday June 7:

Taste of Clayton at Shaw Park from 1:30-9pm.

Riverfront Times Music Showcase from 1pm-Midnight in The Loop.
