Kristen's Kalendar March 30-April 5

5:36 PM Mon, Mar 30, 2009 |

Happy Monday everyone! While there isn't a ton going on during the week, there are tons of ideas here for the weekend. An adult easter egg hunt sounds like a ton of fun! I've heard the Wall Ball is a great event but I'll be at work that evening. They've reduced prices to $25 due to the recession, so it's a pretty good deal. Keep reading for all the details!

Friday April 3:

Adult Egg Hunt at Wehner Park, Festival Site Pavilion 5200 Lenox in Shrewsbury. Lots of eggs and prizes! Bring a basket and a flashlight. Space is limited, reserve your spot by calling 822-5855. Starts at 8 p.m. $5 for pre-registration or $10 at the door.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun-6:30pm to 10:30pm at the Doubletree Hotel and Conference Center. Enjoy an evening of indulgences including food and drink, manicures, facials, psychic readings, and more! Tickets are only $75 or $60 for Friends of Ronald. Only 300 tickets are being sold! Purchase your tickets online or call Lindy Eberhardt at 314-773-1100, ext. 441.

Cats & Dogs Disco Ball featuring Dr. Zhivegas. 6pm-midnight at The Ritz Carlton in Clayton. $50 party only tickets available (access at 9pm includes open bar). Proceeds benefit Companion Animal Alliance.

Central West End Association's Annual Trivia Night, 7pm, doors at 6:15pm. First Unitarian Church, corner of Waterman & Kingshighway. $200 per table of eight and includes a free pitcher of beer. Call Laura at 367-2220 or email LLOCK@THECWE.COM to register.

Art D Tour of St. Louis. 6:30pm - 10 pm with after party until 1:00 AM. Check out more than 10 of the area's best art museums and galleries during the first Art D Tour of the year. Park at the Saint Louis Art Museum and then hop on the bus at 6:30 or 7:00 p.m. to visit all gallery and museum locations. Sample restaurants and catering companies at select galleries and then head back to Forest Park for an after party at the Boathouse featuring live art, complimentary appetizers, door prizes and live music. Price: $10/$15 at door.

Friday April 3-Sunday April 5:

Stomp at the Fox Theatre. An international percussion sensation whose eight-member troupe uses everything but conventional percussion instruments - matchboxes, wooden poles, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters, hubcaps - to fill the stage with magnificent rhythms. Saturday April 4:

The Wine and Cheese Place Beerfest from 1-4pm. Over 100 beers to taste as well as BBQ. 7435 Forsyth Blvd. in Clayton.
