about meWhen I first came to St. Louis, I searched for some type of calendar that highlighted the types of events that I would be interested in attending. |
Santa is featured prominently as well as Mrs. Claus and the elves. And I can't forget the toys that come to life, and the really fun Nutcracker scene with the dancing bears. I can't imagine what the costume department must be like, 1300 costumes per show! The set is anything but minimalist, very unlike the last show I saw at the Fox. The show is a fun, festive thing to do. It certainly get you in the holiday spirit, as if you weren't there already! The kids will love it, but so will you. Young and old alike filled the theatre and enjoyed the show. There is something to be said for the Fox too. It's such a beautiful, ornate place, it's hard not to have a great time there. Next time you go, just spend some time hanging out in the lobby taking it all in. All I can say is wow! If you'd like to see the show, it's playing through December 28th, here's the website for times, tickets and more! Don't forget to sign up for my weekly newsletter, just click here! You'll receive my 3 most recent posts in your inbox which will always include my weekly calendar! 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

I had the pleasure to see the Rockettes on my senior trip from high school in 1956, to New York at the Radio City Music Hall. It is still a pleasure to see such a fine performance as you will witness when you see the Rockettes still today.
