This week's calendar is all about New Years Eve! Hundreds of parties are being held all over, those that I've listed just happen to be some of my favorites. Next week I'll get back out there and be blogging some more about things that I've been up to. Wednesday December 31: NYE Nightcap at Moulin Events, 9pm-1am, 2017 Chouteau Ave. Join The River City Professionals for premium open bar, appetizers, dessert stations and music from The Melvin Turnage Band. $75. NYE party with Madahoochi and Speakeasy. 7p-3a at the Old Rock House, music begins at 9pm. $15 includes drink specials and midnight toast. NYE at the Millenium Hotel, 8p-1a. Open bar, heavy hors d'oeuvres, champagne toast at midnight, $89. Synergy Productions presents 8 Ways to wrap up '08. Lots of NYE options here...parties at Pepper Lounge, Mandarin, Lumen, Jive & Wail and More. $10 and up. NYE Ball at Sugar Lounge with 2 rooms and 3 DJs, 6 hr open bar, champagne toast and balloon drop. $65. NYE at Lure. $75. NYE at Harry's, 9pm-2:30am at Harry's Downtown. NYE at the Pageant w/ Dr. Zhivegas. Doors at 8pm. $47.50 & Up. Saturday January 3: Animal House Fund Trivia Night at the Millennium Hotel. Come beat the cold and impress your friends at one of the biggest trivia nights around. It's a guaranteed good time for a great cause - St. Louis City's homeless animals. I'm glad you had a good Christmas. I always wondered if you had some southern blood in you. Sometimes, I can hear a little southern accent come out when I watch the weather. My hubby and I are from Alabama, so we sound REALLY southern up here. Thankfully we have some friends here that are southern too, they're from Litchfield, KY. So we feel at home around them. Oh and we really feel at home around Viriginia, being a Bama girl...lol.
Anyways, I hope you have a great week! I love reading your blog about things to do around town! Keep up the good work!!
