July 28-August 3 Here is my weekly list of fun things to do in and around the St. Louis area. I attended the Muny for the first time last week. Regardless of how great the show was, the Muny itself is outstanding! If you've never been, you have to check it out. You only have this week and next before the season ends! There are lots more things to do listed here...be sure to check them out! My One And Only @ The Muny. Performances nightly at 8:15pm. Wednesday 7/30: Jazz In The Park - Missouri Botanical Gardens. Outdoor concert starts at 7:30pm. Music: FolknBlueGrass Thursday 7/31: Outdoor movie - Soulard Farmer's Market. Movie starts at sunset. Movie: Knocked Up Friday 8/1: Twilight Under The Train Shed - Union Station. Outdoor movie starts at 8:45pm. Movie: Singin' In The Rain St. Louis Art D Tour- 6:00 p.m. - 10:30pm, St. Louis Galleries and Museums: A night of art appreciation, unifying the major artistic communities of the metro area. Jungle Boogie at the zoo-Friday night free concert series. 5-8 pm, Central Plaza. Live Off The Levee - Outdoor concert and fireworks. Music: 8pm, Boys II Men. Saturday 8/2: Live Off The Levee - Outdoor concert and fireworks. Music: 8pm, Rusted Root. Saturday & Sunday 8/2-8/3: 37th Annual Bud Light St. Louis Grand Prix Boat Race - Creve Coeur Lake. |
