A 16 year old male was shot to death last night in the 1500 block of Arlington in north city. Police say the victim was at a residence when a subject began firing shots from behind a nearby building. The East St. Louis and Illinois State Police are investigating a homicide that occurred shortly after 1:30 am at the Crown Food Mart in East St. Louis. An 18 year old male was pumping gas when a silver Dodge Charger pulled along side the victim and fired several shots. Police and city emergency crews were called to Carondelet Lake just after 9:30 pm last night for a man in the water. Witnesses say the man went to the middle of the lake and then disappeared. After a 10 minute search the victim was located and transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim is a 47 year old white male. His name is not being released at this time. Shortly before 11:00 pm police responded to an incident in the 5900 block of Bartmer in north St. Louis. Upon arrival police discovered four people shot in a drive by shooting. None of the victims sustained life threatening injuries. At this time there are no suspects in custody. The investigation is ongoing.

City police are reporting a shooting at North Grand and Page in north St. Louis city. Police say a man was shot while sitting in a vehicle. The victim's injuries are critical. Police have no suspect or a motive. The investigation is ongoing.

Shortly before 10 am this morning city police were called to Royal Banks of Missouri located at 3534 Watson road for a bank robbery. Police say a man handed a note to a teller that indicated he had a gun. The teller gave him an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect fled.
