The St.Louis City Police Department confirms they are investigating a murder in the 52 hundred block of Highland in north St Louis. The incident happened at about 2:30 this afternoon, behind a vacant house on that block. Police believe the victim, identified only as a male in his mid twenties, was gambling with several other men.
