Hadley, 40 years of age, of the 3800 block of Lawler, St. Louis, Missouri, 63121 for six counts of Recklessly Risk Infection of Another with HIV. ...On Tuesday, September 22, 2009, the Brooklyn Police Department requested Illinois State Police assistance regarding a homicide, which occurred outside of Club Peek-A-Boo, 118 South Third Street, Brooklyn, Illinois. The victim, Dion E. Hardin, age 22, of Brooklyn, was shot by an unknown subject as he exited the club at approximately 2:21 a.m. Hardin was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. LOUIS (AP) -- A northeast Missouri man has been sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison for defrauding 23 investors out of nearly $850,000. Press Release 26 year old Troy Franklin of the 800 block of Forest Ave. in St. Charles plead guilty to Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer and Armed Criminal Action on 9/8/09. He was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. St. Louis police are investigating an overnight murder. It happened just before 4:00 a.m. in the 3600 block of Cottage. Police say the victim is a man in his 30's. He was reportedly shot in the throat. No word yet on any suspects or a motive in this case. News Release Around 10AM on September 4, a man robbed First Bank at 1281 Graham Road in Florissant. The robber passed a note to the teller. He did not show or imply he had a weapon. He fled after taking an undisclosed amount of cash. Through investigation, local law enforcement arrested a suspect and recovered the money within an hour of the crime. |
