INCIDENT: Shooting
LOCATION: 5100 block of St. Louis
DATE/TIME: 11/1/09 @ 5:04 p.m.
VICTIM: 19 year old black male
The victim was walking east on St. Louis Ave when he saw a group of people arguing.
The victim stated he continued walking and heard gunshots. He was shot once in the arm.
He was taken to area hospital and listed in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
