The victim is Mark S. Rhodes, 28 year old black male of the 5900 block of Pershing. Police responded to the 5700 block of Goodfellow Place for a shooting and discovered the victim. He had been shot in the chest, shoulder and hand and was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing. |
