St. Louis, Mo: 17-year-old shot Thursday afternoon

INCIDENT: Homicide
LOCATION: 4200 block of North 19th Street
DATE/TIME: 10/28/09 @ 4:00 p.m.
VICTIM: James E. Bailey, 17 year old black male of the 1900 block of Marcus

Police responded to the 4200 block of North 19th and discovered the victim. He had been
shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
