ALCOHOL AND GUNS

No, you shouldn't mix the two of them, but they are in the news ... and I would be interested in your views on these subjects.

First, the debate over lowering the drinking age from 21 to 18.

This is an ages old debate ... many in their 50s and 60s or more ... probably themselves argued at one time: If I'm old enough to fight for my country ... I should be old enough to drink.

UPDATE: U.S SOLDIERS AND AIRLINES

Since I first filed the blog regarding airlines charging U.S. troops headed to war zones for their bags ... the airlines are changing their rules.
Now ... other airlines are following American Airlines decision to drop those charges ... but I would still be interested in your comments ... after you read the full blog.
