These days, it isn't enough for the dog to eat your homework.

Today's kids are attempting to pull the wool over their teachers' eyes with some seriously high-tech - and seriously stupid - excuses, the UK's Telegraph reports.

Apparently the kids think their teachers don't know enough about technology to catch them in their fibs.

You know, because most teachers still bring their abacus to math class and commute to school in Conestoga wago...

A Florida town has decided the best way to deal with their bug problem is to release a bunch of bats in the area, the Associated Press reports.

Yaaaaaay!

You know, because the only thing that is more awesome than a sky full of mosquitoes is a sky full of shrieking, toxic-pooping, winged rat thingies.
