You thought YOU had parking problems in downtown Houston. Look what people do in Rome just to find a spot to park their car.... or half a car. They are tiny, economical and no doubt environmental friendly. You can fit two average sized people without baggage in them. They are kind of like motorcycles with shells. They look cool and fun to drive. So many people here have them.
