Iraqis at the Vatican

These flags really caught my attention when I walked out of St. Peter's Basilica today. The guy holding the microphone is a reporter from Iraq. There was a group of Iraqi people cheering after their bishop was elevated to Cardinal. Altogether 23 bishops were elevated. Monterrey Mexico also got a cardinal.
