This is Vicente Arenas blogging from Rome. Thanksgiving day. 5:35pm. I just met Archbishop DiNardo's best friend. Fr. Lou Valone from Pittsburgh. He was going to have Thanksgiving day dinner with the DiNardo family. He rides a Harley Davidson and wears a pony tail that tied up. Check him out.
Fr. Valone is the pastor of two parishes in Pittsburgh and has been friends with DiNardo for 45 years. They grew up together. Fr. Valone drives a 2003 Harley 100th Edition Electra Gild which has 38k miles. Fr. Valone says the bike often gives him what he calls 2 hour vacations. Fr. is one of the coolest priests I've ever met.
