Closed continuously from 8:00 PM, Friday, September 5 to 5:00 AM, Monday, September 8. When the HOV lane opens Monday morning, it will be an HOV lane for buses only. All vehicle traffic will be diverted to the main lanes until October. Kuykendahl Southbound at FM 1960. TOTAL CLOSURE. Closed continuously from 9:00 PM, Friday, September 5 to 5:00 AM, Monday, September 8. Detour to Cypresswood westbound, to Stuebner Airline southbound, to FM 1960 eastbound...
