Who can I contact about the cameras on the highway? I was in a accident about a month ago, and I was charge "at fault" but it was not my fault.

I noticed that there's a camera pointing to where the accident was, and I was wondering if I can see the accident. Hope to hear from you soon.

I have some family coming to Katy from Beaumont, and I know I-10 Katy has been crazy for months. Can you tell me if the ramps between Beltway 8 and I-10 Katy are affected by the closures near Gessner? There are two options for their travel to Katy (I-10 from Beaumont straight through; or Highway 90 around to Beltway 8 and then down I-10 Katy). I appreciate your help and information.
