But for those of you who still got the passion or want to take karaoke to whole new level, you've got to check out Sherlock's Baker St. Pub in River Oaks on Thursday night. You will be totally blown away.

That's because you don't just get to go up on stage and sing; you actually get to sing with a real live rock band. That's right - guitars, drums, the whole thing. This is the real deal.

Now...this is a little harder than just singing along in your car. They basically hand you a sheet with lyrics and then count you in. So you better be in touch with your inner Bon Jovi or Chris Martin (Coldplay's lead singer in case you're not a fan).

Of course, not everyone who gets up there can pull it off, which is what makes the night fun and really entertaining. But those that can sing will "wow" you.

So will you see me up on stage releasing my hidden rock diva? I don't know. They did call the station to see if I'd be willing (or any other reporter), but that's just a bad YouTube moment waiting to happen. But you never know.

I will check it out though...just for fun.
