Update on the City of Pasadena's storm recovery efforts • The FEMA/City of Pasadena Point of Distribution which had been located at the PAL Gym, Southmore at Red Bluff Rd., will be moved effective Tuesday, September 16 at 9 a.m. The new location will be Pasadena Memorial Stadium on Burke Rd. at Parkside, just north of Spencer Hwy.
