Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, the following radio stations will be broadcasting 11 News: 104.1 FM KRBE As of 4pm KHOU will be available on XM Radio's Emergency Alert Channel. You do not need to be a subscriber. The Emergency Alert channel is on all XM Radio equipped cars. The channel position is 247 at top of the hour it will be up and running. Viewers who are evacuating will be able to stay tuned to news back home from Channel 11 KHOU through DTV Channel 361 and XM Radio Channel 247, the Emergency Alert Channel---on all XM equipped vehicles. KHOU has been delivering great coverage....we live in the northeast and our son recently moved to Houston. We have been watching your station via DirectTV and we were able to relay info to him via text msgs. I just sent him the radio station info so he can listen to your broadcast too. Thank YOU!
