The mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse recovery services at the MHMR authority for Galveston that were up and running for several days has been shut down.

All individuals who were receiving this help should contact the Gulf Coast Center's Texas City Clinic at 7510 FM 1765 in Texas City. You can also call 409-935-6083. Those who were receiving mental retardation supports please contact their service coordinator at 1-888-839-3229.
