Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center continues asking individuals to give blood to replenish the blood supply following Hurricane Ike. Blood collections resumed Tuesday after a four-day hiatus due to Hurricane Ike. Ten Neighborhood Donor Centers and two mobile blood drives will be open to the public on Saturday. The Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is asking individuals to give blood following Hurricane Ike. The collections resumed Tuesday, but much blood is still needed. The following Neighborhood Donor Centers will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20: Champions Cy-Fair Gulfgate Houston Humble/Kingwood Katy Pasadena Sugar Land Westchase The Woodlands Our Lady of Lourdes Church (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.) Huntsville Churches (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) |
