The citywide curfew in Dickinson has been changed to midnight to 6 a.m. until future notice. City Hall will be open for business on its regular schedule. The Public Works Department and the Historic Railroad Center do not currently have utilities and will not be open for business until such time as utilities have been restored to these facilities. |
