Adrienne M. Cody was a Houston-born journalist for awhile.

She's still from Houston, but now she's hopping around the country with her husband, moonlighting as a pastry chef and reading news instead of writing it.

Someday she'll go back to news, but MAN her clothes smell good after a day of baking cookies.

Approximately 50 percent of all her time spent on the Internet is devoted to celebs and the stories that keep her happy to be a random girl who loves her cat. (Like, seriously loves him. He is awesome.)

Her favorite movie ever is "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," and she's oddly attracted to Hugh Laurie.
