Rusty Hardin, Victoria Osteen's attorney "This is who she ought to sue, the FAA. What's the significance of the FBI calling? The FBI looked at it and dropped it. If you are seeking vindication and not trying to hit the lottery... and what you really want is for her to be held accountable you ask for criminal charges. The point is if your motives are clear. That's where you go. If you want to get vindicated, you call law enforcement. You don't call the day it happened and call for a session with a therapist. I would suggest that within four days the people who were important to call were a lawyer and a therapist. That's where her priorities were all along. She wanted the FAA to investigate and fall on their side and she wanted to file a lawsuit. She waited to get all the siding she could get. Ms. Brown lives in a world of imagined slights, perceived slights. She flips out. This is not a recent and only circumstance. If you want to find a cookie cutter imaginary event. Hey this live blog is way better than anything you can find elsewhere. Yes I wonder what has been happening for the last 45 minutes, but the AP wire is terrible compared to this.

Uh, from what I can tell, Ms. Brown did not think that much of the Osteens or Lakewood. They were not her faith providers and I doubt she would have ever considered them to be faith providers at all. If she felt they were the "devil" or a "cult", how does this incident warrant loss in her faith providers?
I agree, this blog has been disappointing, but I don't think ABC13 or Click2Houston have been any better.

We only leave rude comments because it's coming down to the wire and we feel a sense of commarerie, being that we've been glued to this trial since the beginning. Any rude comments stem only from an inherent desire to be updated in the last moments of this case!!

justice has been served.There is no doubt in my mind that Victoria Osteen was demanding:"YOU clean it. Its YOUR job." BUT Ms Brown does not deserve 10% of Osteens' net worth because of THAT.
