Rusty Hardin played Sharon Brown's 2007 video deposition and he asked, "Victoria Osteen gave you Hemorrhoids?" Sharon Brown answered, "Yes." Sharon Brown = S R: Did Victoria Osteen give you hemorrhoids? S: It's more than that? My reality is that Ms. Osteen hit me, elbowed me. R: Ms. Brown, over the last few years what routes did you fly? Did you fly from LA to Houston? Vegas to Houston? S: Yes. R: And in those trips have you had any disputes with passengers? S: No R: With other flight attendants? S: No. R: Would you consider that you "perceive" things that cause you to respond aggressively? S: No. R: At the end of the day... Are you asking for sleeplessness and anxiety? S: Public Humiliation, stress, stress in the workplace. R: Why do you have stress in the workplace? S: Because when I go to work I have flight attendants, gate agents, all the employees who know who I am... some ask to pick up trips to talk to me about Victoria. Every day is a reminder is a reminder of the incident. These are things that have affected me in the workplace. R: This happened on Dec. 19th, 2005.
