Are you asking Ms. Osteen to pay you money for what Continental employees are saying. .... R: Are you asking Ms. Osteen to pay you money because of what continental employees? S: Yes. R: what other things? You said that other people told you things that caused you anxiety. Who are these other people? S: Just other people. R: How would these people know? S: Because of the lawsuit. R: Is this like 'the child that kills his parents and then complains of being an orphan'? OBJECTION R: Ms. Brown. You just want to bring her down. S: I'm determined to fight for what is right. For anyone in the workplace to know that its not OK to hit an employee. R: How much money do you want them to give you? S: I'm going to let the jury decide what is fair. WHAT IS FAIR CANNOT HAPPEN BECAUSE UNDER TEXAS TORT LAW THE OSTEEN'S CANNOT GET A JUDGMENT AGAINST BROWN AND HER AMBULANCE CHASING LAWYER FOR THE COSTS OF THIS FIASCO. HARDIN GETS $250K AND THE BROWN TEAMS GETS NOTHING BUT OSTEEN STILL PAYS 250k. SYSTEM IS BROKEN. TORT REFORM NEEDED TO PUNISH BAD ACTORS IN BS SUITS.
I cannot believe that this trial has not already been thrown out...I am totally shocked at Brown even trying to take this to court...All she has done is shamed herself claiming hemmroids !! Even if she has them, I don't think I would of nationally revealed the fact!! Brown should be ashamed of herself for embarrasing herself nationally the way she has...I sure hope the airline has terminated her for what she is trying to do to ripe off money from passengers that may buy a ticket from them. The Osteen's should turn around and take Ms. Brown to court to re-coup the money they are having to pay out because of Brown trying to get a free handout. Doesn't Ms Brown realize she will be a laughing stock for years to come???
