Man charged in teen's murder
Houston police have arrested the person who they say is responsible for two murders in a crime-ridden part of town.
Authorities said in July, 26-year-old Antonio Williams fatally shot 15-year-old Christopher Harris as he walked down DeSoto street in northwest Houston.
Harris was a Hurricane Katrina evacuee, and after he was shot, the suspect allegedly yelled, "Go back to New Orleans!"
Williams has also been charged with the murder of a 25-year-old man last month.
