Lohstroh sentence could come Wednesday
A 12-year-old Katy boy could know tomorrow how long he'll spend in prison after killing his father, Dr. Rick Lohstroh.
The jury that convicted the boy last week began deliberating his sentence today.
In August 2004 Lohstroh went to his ex-wife's house to pick up the boy and his brother.
He was shot while sitting in his car.
His son could face up to 40 years in prison.
