Judge postpones hearing on fate of more than 300 pit bulls seized
The fate of more than 300 pit bulls seized in Liberty County last week remains up in the air.
A judge had planned to decide Monday who gets the dogs, but postponed the hearing until Thursday.
Prosecutors say the dogs were being trained to fight and were treated cruelly, an accusation the dogs' owner denies.
