Judge delays Houston men's Walgreens discrimination trial
A judge has postponed that Walgreens discrimination trial, which was initiated brought on by four Houston men.
It was supposed to begin Monday in Nevada, but a new witness surfaced and both sides agreed to delay the trial.
Four African-American men said when they complained about a photo processed at a Reno store, the clerk shouted a racial slur, slammed a door and refused service.
They are asking for $2.5 million in damages.
