Murder suspect: Victim gave him an ugly look
David King Jr. has been charged with murder in the April 3 shooting of Ivan Alejandro Carrera.
King, who is a Katrina evacuee, told police he shot Carrera because he gave him an ugly look in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
The shooting happened around 7:10 p.m., officials said.
