Man accused of hijacking school bus charged
The man accused of hijacking an HISD school bus is in jail Thursday morning.
Ventray Maxwell has been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and criminal mischief.
HPD said Maxwell put up a fight when he was arrested Wednesday, kicking out the window of a police car.
