Then when the child grows up and gives the parents hell, they will be asking, "But what did I do wrong?" I guess they don't even have a clue.

Bloody well brilliant. You know, we need licenses for driving, hunting, fishing, selling real estate, and any manner of other somewhat semi-important things. But one VERY important thing, raising children, does NOT require one.
One of the reasons I got out of EMS was having my own kids and then seeing on the job what idiots like this reap on their offspring, and on the world.

I mean it's bad enough we have wrecks everyday in the world with ONE person at the wheel! Imagine if that crazy DADDY WANNA BE wrecked or lost control of the wheel...That poor poor innocent BABY would have to suffer major consequences because of an over grown IDIOT!!!There's absolutely little humor in this trash! Way to go Parent's of today!

Whats wrong with a parent letting their child practice driving as you can see the child is too small to drive on his own. I say let the children play like they are driving and use that time to teach them about the rules and regulations. If the parent wants to really let them drive while they are on the lap do it in a closed paring lot
