i think the player is more shocked then he is hurt.
you can see during the slow down that his body bends back but he comes back pretty quickly.
poor guy.

Man...thats the whole reason for playing hockey...to be able to check the crap out of the opposing team. That was a hell of a check.

This was just like watching a bad NASCAR accident on SportsCenter. The fact that he got up in the first place...wow.
