He is not a body builder. He is Rob Maschio who plays the character "Todd" on "Scrubs" His role is a Doctor who thinks he's "God's gift to women" and he works at Sacred Heart Hospital. The signs in the background. If you check out the "Scrubs" website you can find his website that has this video.

I can't believe I didn't catch that!!! I LOVE SCRUBS! I guess when I saw the low-quality video I just figured it was some roid-head gone wrong.
