Meet this week's BARC STARZ and Houston's candidates for Mayor and City Council at the WAGS TO WHISKERS ADOPTION EVENT on Saturday from Noon to 4 pm.
Introducing Hershey and Lil P! They are adoption candidates at BARC. They don't want your vote...they want your friendship and a forever home! EVERYBODY LOVES CHOCOLATE! HERSHEY has very unique eyes - one blue and one brown. He has the beautiful chocolate color of a Labrador Retriever, but the thick fur and bushy tail of a Husky. HERSHEY also has lots of energy--LOTS and lots of energy! He will need an active home where he gets plenty of exercise and has lots to do. When you meet him he'll be hopping around in his kennel like mad, but that's just because he's so happy to see you he can't wait to get out and make friends. HERSHEY is still a youngster at 11 months old. He's had all his shots and tested heartworm negative. All he needs now is a forever home!
