Meet the latest "starz" from Pup Squad Animal Rescue.
Meet Bailey! She is almost 4 months old, has all her shots and is spayed. She is living with a family, so she loves all people, dogs, cats and especially loves her toys! She chases tennis balls and sticks . . so much fun. She is crate trained too! If you know of anyone looking for a beautiful lab, please forward her pictures to them. Contact Jeanne for more info at jeanne0218@att.net or 281-256-1736 for more info. Meet Cash! He is a very sweet dog. He does fine with the cats, but would do better going with a family that has no other dogs. He is not mean to the other dogs, but he loves to be the center of attention, not to mention a good belly rub and back scratch. He is very mellow and is a GREAT leash walker. He does not pull at all and will stay right by your side. He is not a fetcher, but he will run around the yard with you. He has not dug any holes in the yard or chewed up anything in the house. So basically he is a good dog that needs a lot of love. He is house trained and we think Cash is around 2 years old. If you would like to make him a part of your family, please email Cindy at cindywlowery@hotmail.com today! Hi! My name is Jojo and I am the cutest 3 month old Catahoula mix you will ever meet! Not only am I a cute; I am also very smart. Can you believe that I am already kennel trained? Well I am! I also LOVE to play!! If you would like to make me a part of your family, please email Cindy at cindywlowery@hotmail.com! Meet Pepper! Pepper was rescued from the streets with his 7 siblings and is now looking for a new start. He is 4 months old and has the softest most beautiful fluffy coat! You have to see it in person. Pepper is one of those dogs who loves everybody....people, other dogs, cats...you name it. He's a big sweetheart. Pepper's mom looked like a black lab and that's all we know about his parentage. We think the brindle coat may mean part boxer as there are others in the litter who have the boxer "look." We guess he'll be about 50-60 lbs. full grown. If you want a friend who will look at you every day with complete adoration....well, make Pepper a part of your life! Email Kathy at kdeffebach@sbcglobal.net. Hello, I'm Melody and I have short sleek hair unlike our fluffy siblings. My green eyes make me oh so cute and different from most of those brown eyed pups...no offense! ; ) No one really knows what our mix is exactly...but we are still small and already 4 months old so they don't think I will be more than 30 lbs. full grown. Melody is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered. Email Julie at juliepupsquad@aol.com My name is Clef. I am bigger than my sisters Lyric and Melody (the biggest of my litter) but I am actually a bit timid at times! Of course, even as the "big one" they don't think I will weigh more than 40 lbs. full grown. I am a goofball though and have learned how to climb out of the puppy pen...if only my siblings would follow it would be so much more fun! Clef is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered. Email Julie at juliepupsquad@aol.com. My name is Lyric and I am the rough and tumble girl. My 2 sisters like to cuddle and lay around...but I play with my brothers and investigate what is going on! Lyric is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered. Email Julie at juliepupsquad@aol.com Hi, my name is Ezra. My mother is a collie mix, and the sweetest dog on the planet. I love to play with my brothers and sisters, but like to get more rest than they do. I am saving my energy for my great forever family. I have been neutered and really, really want a family of my own! Email Kathy at kdeffebach@sbcglobal.net Hi, my name is Hedley. I am one of a litter of 6 born to an outstanding collie mix mom. I don't mean to brag, but she is the best ever. I am so attached to our babysitter cat, Oliver. You heard me right. A cat is our babysitter. I found that strange too, but we love him. I follow him as much as I can. I am doing well in potty 101 and try very hard. I will love a brand new forever home to show off what I have learned. Email Kathy at kdeffebach@sbcglobal.net Meet Scooby! Scoob is a male german shepherd/lab mix as best we can tell. He was rescued from a busy street where he was in big danger! Thankfully he's safe and sound now. Scooby is just the sweetest boy. He likes other dogs and loves his people. He has a beautiful soft coat perfect for snuggling. He's been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Email Kathy about Scooby at kdeffebach@sbcglobal.net. Woof Woof! Meet Lee! He's our cutest "pup star" yet. Okay, you caught us. Just checking to see if you were reading. J Lee is actually a 9 week old domestic short hair kitten that is so playful and such a love! His foster mom says he's just the best kitten ever! For more info, email Elizabeth at elimedwick@yahoo.com. Chase is an energetic 9 week old chow mix. He is all boy and likes to explore new things, play with his brother and roll in wet grass. He also loves companionship, regularly returning from one of his explorations to get his belly rubbed and give kisses. Chase is currently crate trained and learning house training basics. He will be ready for his forever home in early June following his neuter surgery. Contact Fran at franfoyle67@comcast.net. Chip is a happy 9 week old chow mix whose tail never stops wagging. He has a much fluff as heart and loves to be cuddled and give kisses. Although a big momma's boy, Chip also enjoys wrestling with his brother and playing with toys. Chip is currently crate trained and learning house training basics. He will be ready for his his forever home in early June following his neuter surgery. Contact Fran and franfoyle67@comcast.net. Finally, meet our cute little man, Chico! Chico is the runt of his litter (although he's not a big fan of the "runt" term.) Chico had a very bad battle with hookworms and the worms almost won. But our little guy is a fighter and, with the help of a blood transfusion, he's doing great today! Chico is 3 months old and still only 5 lbs, so we guess he won't be more than 30 lbs. full grown. If you'd like to have your own personal, real-life teddy bear, email Kathy about Chico at kdeffebach@sbcglobal.net. Only homes that plan to spoil him silly need apply! Also, to help with Chico's medical expenses (those transfusions are costly), you can donate at www.pupsquad.org or by mailing checks to 11601 Shadow Creek Parkway, Suite #111-103, Pearland, TX 77584. Visit the Pup Squad Animal Rescue pups and mommas at the Highland Village Adoption Center, 4000 Westheimer, Houston. Its open every Sat. from 10-6 and Sundays 11-4. There are also plenty of great adult dogs there and cats/kittens! Visit www.pupsquad.org and click on "Adopt" to see all of our available dogs!! You also can find our application there. Thank you from the pups!!
