Is that adorable mutt you rescued really a pure-bred with bloodlines to make any pooch proud? Is the designer dog you paid big bucks for really a mixed breed? Now you can find out with DNA testing designed for dogs. Discount DNA testing is being offered this Saturday at a charity fundraiser benefiting PAWS Houston!
And you can bring your four-legged buddy. The event takes place from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Rover Oaks Pet Resort, 2550 West Bellfort, Houston, TX, 713-662-2119 $25 Advance Ticket/$30 Event Day Donation includes: Rover Oaks pass for one free day of boarding One dog per family invited (with current vaccinations) Four special dogs from The Houston Humane Society will be up for adoption all treated to "Extreme Mutt Makeover!" PAWS Houston is a non-profit organization that help sustain relationships between pet owners and their pets through a period of the owner's terminal and/or chronic illness both in the hospital and at home.
