Remember Riley? That sweet little puppy that suffered a fractured pelvis, a shattered front leg and two back knees that need to be rebuilt because of mistreatment? Well, he's going to his forever home! His next surgery at the end of this month includes having 2 pins removed from his right elbow and a neuter. His knees may also be rebuilt at that time. Riley's foster Mom said he is a ray of sunshine!
