Cocker Spaniel Rescue of East Texas-Houston reports that Chelsey's injury is believed to be from a hair tie or a rubber band. The ear flap could not be re-attached. Her wound was debrided and sewn up. She is resting in her foster home on antibiotics and pain medication.
