Sergeant and Blackjack are two of the wonderful pets available for adoption....and they come with a big bonus! The professional trainers at Rover Oaks Katy have been working with these two pooches to teach them good manners and basic obedience skills.

So come to Rover Oaks Katy, 1011 South Katy-Fort Bend Road, Katy, TX 77494 on Saturday, April 12 between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm and perhaps bring home a New Best Friend!

Also on Saturday, staff from Citizens for Animal Protection will offer low cost microchipping ($25 per pet) at the facility. Bring your four-legged family members to Rover Oaks Katy and provide them with the added protection a microchip offers if they ever get lost!

For more information, please call Joy Lee at Rover Oaks Katy, (281) 693-7687.

I love that Rover Oaks Katy is working with dogs to train them! That will greatly increase their adoptability! Proper training and socialization is the key to a good relationship...unless you are a very patient person! That is one of the many reasons that pets are turned in to shelters. Their people didn't train them and when they are uncontrolable...no fault of the dogs...they are given up. Kudos to Rover Oaks Katy for helping CAP find the dogs loving forever home. And thanks to CAP for being there for these precious babies. Hope and prayers for forever homes for these and all the loving furbabies who need them! SAVE A LIFE! SPAY & NEUTER!!!!!
